We ship with UPS/DHL worldwide with flat rate. The cost is for the shipping cost only and does not include duties, taxes, or other import charges levied by the importing country.

As soon as you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address used for the registration. The email contains all the details of your order, so please ensure to use a valid and correct email address. If you do not receive this email, and it is not present in your inbox, please check in your junk or spam. In case you do not find it there either, please contact customer service at support@lapassione.cc in order to ask for an extra copy.

You can check the status of your order by logging directly into your account and clicking on “My Orders” and you will be able to verify in real time the progress of your request. The system is constantly updated.

Contact us at support@lapassione.cc to get further information. It is very important to use a valid shipping address where someone can be present to receive the merchandise. Our official couriers UPS/DHL require a signature in order to have a proof of delivery and avoid any kind of issue.

UPS courier will deliver the merchandise to the shipping address stated within your order. If the driver won't be able to deliver the package, he will leave a delivery alert in order to be contacted and to reschedule the delivery. You can also manage the delivery once the tracking is issued by using UPS website. UPS guarantees 1 attempt for the delivery, after that the package will be held to the nearest UPS Access Point for Customer collection. If it won’t be possible, UPS will try to proceed with the delivery the next working days for a maximum of 3 delivery attempts. Please consider that someone at home can sign for you if you are not available to receive the merchandise. Once the package will reach the maximum days allowed for the collection to the UPS access point or after the 3 delivery attempts, the merchandise will return to our offices and we will proceed with refund according to our Sale Policy.

Maybe a neighbor has withdrawn the package for you, while you were not available. The courier requires a signature for the delivery.
