What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary depending on your shipping choice. Standard shipping is by 2-3 working days for the whole of Europe. Countries and islands with saver shipping will have a little longer: 4-8 days.

Where do you deliver?

We ship with UPS worldwide with flat rate. The cost is for the shipping cost only and does not include duties, taxes, or other import charges levied by the importing country.

Where can I find the order confirmation email?

As soon as you place an order, you will be receive a confirmation email to the email address used for registration. The email contains all the details of your order. If you do not receive this email, and it is not present in your inbox, please check in your junk or spam. In case you do not find it there either, please contact customer service at in order to ask for an extra copy.

How do I track the progress of my order?

How do I change my delivery address?

You can change the delivery address through your account at any time. Future shipments will be delivered to the new address.

What happens if I am not at home when my delivery arrives?

Our couriers will attempt to contact you before delivery. If you are not available, you can always call the courier to arrange delivery on another day.
