Delivery time varies depending on the delivery country. Please consider that Isles may require 1 extra working day for the delivery process.

We ship with UPS worldwide with flat rate. The cost is for the shipping cost only and does not include duties, taxes, or other import charges levied by the importing country.

As soon as you place an order, you will be receive a confirmation email to the email address used for registration. The email contains all the details of your order. If you do not receive this email, and it is not present in your inbox, please check in your junk or spam. In case you do not find it there either, please contact customer service at support@lapassione.cc in order to ask for an extra copy.

You can check the status of your order by logging directly into your account and clicking on “My Orders” and you will have the opportunity to verify in real time the progress of your request. The system is constantly updated.

You can change the delivery address through your account at any time. Future shipments will be delivered to the new address.

UPS courier will deliver the merchandise to the shipping address stated within your order. If the driver won't be able to deliver the package, he will leave a delivery alert in order to schedule the delivery and be contacted. You can also manage the delivery once the tracking is issued by using UPS website.

UPS will guarantee 1 attempt for the delivery, after that the package will be held to the nearest UPS Access Point for Customer collection. If it won’t be possible, UPS will try to proceed with delivery the next working days for a maximum of 3 delivery attempts.

Please consider that someone at home can sign for you if you are not available to receive the merchandise. Once the package will reach the maximum days allow for the collection to the UPS access point or after the 3 delivery attempts, the merchandise will return to our offices and we will proceed with refund according to our Sale Policy.

Maybe a neighbor has withdrawn the package for you, while you were not available. The courier requires a signature for these delivery.
