We are looking for an exceptional Head of E-Commerce to join our team based in Lugano, Switzerland, with the responsibilities of executing E-Commerce trading and merchandising strategies through campaigns and commercial activities, together with the ownership of the whole sales processes and results.



CANDIDATE CHARACTERISTICS:


  • Proven track record of using digital merchandising tools and analytics

  • Results oriented and decision maker based on data analysis

  • Ability to drive results through the collaboration with Marketing, Graphics, CRM, E-Commerce, Operations and Product teams to drive online results

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Lead E-Commerce and CRM teams

  • Drive business/digital KPI’s, with a focus on sales results

  • Define seasonal merchandising calendar and commercial tactics

  • Liaise with Marketing and Product teams to launch new collections successfully

  • Lead promotional and sales activation.

  • Work with 3rd party technology partners to optimize performances

  • Manage online merchandising tools and stay up-to-date with digital technology developments, working to solve issues and site bugs

  • Support SEO E-Commerce strategy

  • Support feedback for partners such as and digital accounts/buying/planning




SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

5-10 years of relevant work experience in high-growth DTC environments
Previous experience with digital merchandising tools & working with IT support teams
Fluent in English
High analytical capabilities with strong knowledge of digital KPIs
Expertise in deriving growth strategies from data insights, with an eye for trends.
Extensive knowledge of data-analysis tools (i.e. Google Analytics) and E-Commerce platforms (i.e. Shopify, Magento, E-Commerce cloud)
Self-motivated, flexible and able to handle workload independently.
Proven experience in managing effective digital marketing programs across the purchase funnel
Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

The CRM Manager will contribute to La Passione’s growth by owning the end-to-end customer journey and retention strategy, with a focus on growing our customer base providing engagement, retention, and lifetime value; will be responsible for building out the strategy across all channels including but not limited to email, SMS, loyalty, and lifecycle marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish our Retention Marketing strategy and approach to CRM, including defining KPIs, customer segmentation, and the customer journey.

  • Be the leader in developing multi-channel marketing strategies for customer lifecycle, onboarding, growth, and retention programs including e-mail, loyalty, push & SMS.

  • Partner with our data and engineering team to build out customer segmentation, cohort analysis and develop LTV insights and actions.


  • Develop and execute against learning objectives to drive continuous performance improvements through testing and analysis.

  • Support marketing objectives to create a consistent brand experience across all channels

  • Drive innovation & further membership and engagement goals in La Passione’s loyalty and referral programs.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM or retention marketing within the e-commerce environment

  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results (in terms of LTV, churn, etc.) through testing and optimization

  • Knowledge of CRM technology management, with a strong understanding of marketing, data structure, operational databases & segmentation

  • Deep expertise in email automation

  • Able to work with and analyze large data sets quickly, accurately, and efficiently

  • Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

For our HQ based in Lugano, we are looking for a Graphic Designer to boost future projects with creativity, active participation, and a positive attitude.


In particular, he/she will be responsible for the following activities:



  • Manage all the phases of a project, from the creative concept to the creation of content, in line with the Brand Identity.

  • Develop the graphics and creative content aligned with our brand for communication through website, newsletter, social media, working closely with the Front End Developer and the Marketing team.

  • Elaborate creative content for paid marketing and organic campaigns on the digital channels of the Brand, mainly Instagram and Facebook, with particular attention to the most current trends (Stories, Canvas, Slideshow, Dynamic Graphics, Short Video).




Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (MA preferred)

  • 5 years of experience in graphic design

  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio

  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, XD, Premiere, After Effects)

For our Lugano HQ, we are looking for a Senior Digital Performance Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing company.

The resource will have the opportunity to join a DNVB of international scope, participating and contributing significantly to the growth of a project that is experiencing great success in its first 5 years.


The ideal candidate will be customer driven, detail oriented and comfortable moving in and taking ownership of work in an agile, fast moving working environment.


The Digital Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing and managing performance marketing programs and budgets (> 2 MLN €/year) on Facebook/Instagram - Google Adwords - Criteo, platforms & more paid channels.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Drive qualified traffic to our websites globally, where ecommerce sites are present, with focus on United States, UK and Europe

  • The day-to-day operations of paid search campaigns and paid social campaigns, including the creation of keyword lists, ads copywriting, display ads, bidding strategy and optimization

  • Overseeing retargeting campaigns, utilizing real-time bidding tools to optimize towards ROI goal, implementing A/B tests, and coordinating creativity

  • Data analysis reporting to ensure accurate account spend, and monitor/improve campaign performance

  • Researching campaign issues and formulating tangible solutions

  • Monitoring PPC trends, best practices and techniques, and identifying new opportunities

  • The ideal candidate has at least 3/5 years of experience in managing performance marketing campaigns and relevant budget

  • Experience with management platforms (including Google Adwords, Facebook, etc) and bid management tools.

  • Proficient with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics platform, Google Data Studio.

For our HQ based in Lugano, we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to boost future projects with creativity, active participation, and a positive attitude.
The candidate will be in charge of the entire Supply Chain process and stock rotation, will verify the correct delivery times and possible returns and, in collaboration with the Management, will define the purchasing conditions.

Responsibilities:

Manage coding and product master data (SKU);
Plan and forecast order quantities to be sent to suppliers
Identify stock shortages and propose/develop alternative solutions
Prepare statistics reports regarding the different product categories
Ensure the availability of accessory materials for production
Actively promote negotiations with suppliers
Enter orders to suppliers and check suppliers' order confirmations
Monitor order progress, intervene on critical issues by enforcing deadlines and agreements
Perform sample quality control of products delivered by suppliers
Constantly relate with Customer Service, Delivery and Accounting colleagues in order to prevent or solve critical issues related to suppliers' orders.

Requirements:

University degree with a focus on Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related field
Experience in medium-sized companies, preferably in the textile and clothing industry.
