Shipping times begin 2-3 working days after the order is placed. You will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped. - Delivery by 5 working days for Asia and other Countries extra UE (Countries allowed: Bahrain | Hong Kong | Indonesia - Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung | Japan | Monaco | Norway | Qatar | Singapore - Singapore | South Korea | Switzerland | Taiwan | Thailand - Samut Sakhon | United Arab Emirates | United Kingdom)

For orders < €160 / $170 we apply the following shipping costs:

€12 Shipping fee for European Countries (excluding Norway, Switzerland)
€15 Shipping fee for Canada
€20 Shipping fee for Rest of the World (including Norway, Switzerland)
$15 Shipping fee for United States

This flat rate covers only the shipping cost and does not include duties, taxes, or other import charges levied by the importing country. For non EU Countries La Passione Cycling Couture is not liable for any local import duties and taxes.

In case of failure to collect the package or refusal of the delivery from the recipient, shipping costs, duties, taxes and return fee will be deducted from the refund.
