How can I place an order?

To make a purchase you must first create an account and start shopping by inserting your items of choice into the shopping cart. You can also start choosing products before creating an account, but signing up first is better! By doing so you can enjoy several benefits through your account:

  • Follow your order and review your previous purchases
  • See your “Wish List”
  • Receive notifications about the release of new products or the availability of products currently not available in the shop
  • Securely save details of your credit card for faster purchases in the future
  • Easily manage your details, your data, preferences, your email address and the status of your orders
I am already a customer of yours, how can I place an order?

Simply log into your account and then go ahead with your purchase.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, you can change it here and follow the simple steps to create a new one. You will be required, for safety reasons, to confirm via an email that will be sent, to confirm the reset. Also for security reasons, we inform you that we do not send the new password by email.

Can I place an order by phone?

At the moment this is not available, but in the future, there will be a Live chat in order to interact directly with our Customer Care.

How do I know if an item is not available?

If the products are not available or the sizes of an article are not available, this is shown graphically on the product page itself. If the product you want to buy is not available, save it into your “Wishlist” so that you can check its future availability.

Order Confirmation

Unfortunately not for the moment. The customization of clothing either in design, sizes or features is not available for now.
