Shipping times begin 3-5 working days after the order is placed. You will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped. Visit My Order to check the most up-to-date status of your order. Please note: during Special Events (Flash Sales, Black Friday, Promo Sales), we could require 6/7 working days to fulfil your order.

All orders are managed and shipped from our warehouse based in Italy.

- Delivery in 2-5 working days for UE (Countries allowed: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden)

- Delivery by 5 working days for other Countries extra UE (Countries allowed: Monaco | Switzerland) 

Please consider that islands may require 1 extra working day for the delivery process.

For orders < €160 / $170 we apply the following shipping costs:

€12 Shipping fee for European Countries (excluding Switzerland)
€20 Shipping fee for Rest of the World (including Switzerland)
$15 Shipping fee for United States

This flat rate covers only the shipping cost and does not include duties, taxes, or other import charges levied by the importing country. For non EU Countries La Passione Cycling Couture is not liable for any local import duties and taxes.

In case of failure to collect the package or refusal of the delivery from the recipient, shipping costs, duties, taxes and return fee will be deducted from the refund.
